I should have been taking field notes but instead I made this movie out of videos i shot on my (still) camera in Hienghène. It gives you a little taste of the island's remaining river ferry (essentially a big platform with an outboard motor). This is on the main (only) road up the east side of the island and hence the ONLY way to get across. It's free and apparently runs 24/7!
