This post is for Raaj Patel, creator of the Boston Biweekly Burger Club and the most fervent hamburger aficionado I know. Raaj, tonight we had hamburgers for dinner. They're not easy to find here... I've yet to see a hamburger on a menu, not even in a restaurant called "Mr. Boeuf" which has a superhero cow as a mascot. So tonight we bought frozen patties and put them on sliced baguettes with emmental cheese. It was perfect, and I thought of you.
NOTE: I'm not naked in these pictures. I'm just not wearing a shirt. It's like 85 degrees here.
